1. Delivery

All your orders are delivered free of charge to Benelux, France and Germany from 79 £. For deliveries to other countries, transport costs will be analysed individually.

If your product is in stock, they will be delivered within 24/48 hours.The delivery time is for informational purposes and is not binding. It depends on the availability of the item and the transportation.

Exceeding the delivery time is not a reason for cancelling the order or to demand restituition. Orders always travel at the risk of the client.

In case of any damage or missing items, the recipient must send a statement by registered mail within 5 working days after delivery. If the items are not in stock, you will be notified in time.

If you order multiple items at the same time, we will try to deliver as soon as possible. If one of the items is not in stock, it will be delivered as soon as possible. All orders in Deluxe Disposables are sent within 24/48 hours. At each shipment, you will receive a link and an unique code by email in order to track your package online.

2. Return

The guarantee "satisfied or you money back" (exchanged) is valid only for unused items in their original packaging.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened / unused goods, in the original packaging, with the pattern of returns and a copy of the invoice,within 5 working days from the invoice date, If you wish to exchange an item for a cheaper one, the difference will be transferred to your account.

If you wish to exchange an item for another item that is more expensive, we ask you to transfer us the difference within 14 days. If you do not wish to receive another item, the purchase amount will be transferred to your account. The return transport costs are always borne by the customer. Orders on demand cannot be returned.
